Marketing site
The static site has no database, accounts, or multi-tenant system. It does not store form submissions. The pilot and contact forms use a mailto action to open the visitor email client.
Pilot discussions
Pilot scope may involve discussing Shopify order context, Merchant KB, Merchant Policy, Gmail Drafts, and support operations. Any production data access, retention, credentials, or provider configuration must be agreed separately in the pilot scope and applicable terms.
Grounding and review
The Shopify AI Support workflow is designed to use order evidence, merchant knowledge, and policy context. It applies grounding and safety validation and ends in human approval for the current scope. Sensitive requests are routed for review.
Explicit exclusions
No automatic refunds, cancellations, or compensation are part of the described capability scope. Automatic sending is not presented as available.
