This site describes current capabilities and future directions in good faith. Coming soon, internal beta, and future labels mean a feature is not being offered as generally available.
Pilot scope
A pilot is a separately scoped engagement. Availability, integrations, fees, delivery timing, support, data access, and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
No automatic action promise
The site does not promise automatic refunds, cancellations, compensation, or automatic sending. Human review remains part of the current Shopify AI Support scope.
